Dr. Ebe Robert E. has over 15 years of industry and academic experience. He received Ph.D. from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, M.Phil. from Annamalai University, M.B.A. from Bharathidasan University and B. Sc from Manonmaniam Sunadaranar University. Prior to joining Asian School of Business, Dr. Robert served as Assistant Professor in SJCET School of Management, Palai. He has published papers in National and International journals and presented papers in National and International Seminars and Conferences. Dr. Robert has designed and delivered custom-made workshops for students on employability skills. He has also organized Management meets, Seminars, Conferences and Faculty Development Programmes. His areas of interest include Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Training and Development.
